Interior detailing supplies
Interior detailing supplies I just ordered the PC buffing kit, two additional pads, all purpose cleaner, and waffle drying towel from Steve at Showroom FX. So I'm pretty much set for exterior but I was wondering what YOU use for you interior?
I prefer to buy the interior stuff at a local parts store because, well it's local and easy to get. I don't want anything that leaves a shiny or greasy residue! What is a good leather cleaner to get, something I can spray on and scrub with a light bristled brush to remove dirt.
Also, what about a mini carpet shampooer? Do any of ya'll have one, what kind, and how does it work? I've found a few on the internet but they're all $300-2k. I'm looking for one no more than $150 that will get the job done.

Can't help you with the shampoo situation. As far as interior products I have always liked the Meguiar's leather care line. Cleans the seats real well and leaves them very soft with minimal odor. I use Mother's interior protectant which is way less greasy than the Armorall line. Not sure if it lasts as long but the smell is very pleasant and it does a fine job overall. Each item is under $10 and the bottles last for quite awhile. I win trophies every now and then at car shows so spending the big $$$ on products isn't always the answer. I won a ribbon at a Porsche concourse event in Atlanta last Fall using these products. You should see what some of the owners lay out for products! The Meguiar's and Mother's lines are really decent.

+1 on using Meguiar's new leather cleaner condtioner. I haved used it on a couple of cars and really liked it... especialy for the price point. As for a non greasy interior product I love Aerospace 303(otc for me in Va). It leaves everthing with a great finish with a dry feel and can be used on other areas as well. I have a Bissel little green machine but find that a good carpet cleaner(Adams carpet & upholstery cleaner) , brush and rigid vac works better, but that's for me.
