Default Modifying West Wings front end?

I can't believe I'm considering this, but...
I am looking seriously at the west wings front. However, I don't like it in its stock form. The point in the front and the holes need to go. I want to shave the point down to match the shape of the middle of the Trans Am to make it flow better. Then fill in the holes to make it flow more.

Would this be doable myself?

If not, what would a shop want for this king of work?

Well you have seen mine on the Camaro and I can tell you that these GFX are made of pretty durable thick plastic. To rework this stuff is pretty touchy, when I shaved off that rear piece I had some minor scuffing from the saw I used and I'm trying to find a bodyfiller to fix it. I think you could do the work yourself, but if you've never done any kind of bodywork before I would definitely take it to a shop and have professionally done. You can hold them accountable for any mistakes and be happier with the end product. Cost, I don't know but I'm sure there are some Bodyguys on here that could give you a rough estimate...

yes you can do it just remember to use a plastic repair kit like 3m,and not bondo. I am currently sectioning one to fit my 96 WS6. I am also thinking about getting rid of the air dams but i am going to keep the point, it fits my LT1 WS6. I'm trying to not mold it on if i can help it, i want to keep it a separate piece so maybe i can produce a mold out of it, rather than a whole new bumper.

Oh yeah, don't forget if you do run that front lip to get the Radiator air dam from them as well or you'll run on the hotter side of your temps... I actually made some panels that redirect the air from those scoops to suck air to the radiator so they are actually doing something.

SS#502 (guy with my favorite all time Camaro):

I must admit that your car works perfectly with the point and the slots. I am sure it will work well on evilZ06's car as well. The LT1 cars work really well for the look. I just don't think it works well on the LS1 cars.

SS#502:
Another thing that I think is really funny is that no Wings West kit works well by itself. I have to clean and change my front and your change on the back knocked it over the top and I really mean it when I say it is the best looking Camaro I have ever seen. Screw the LS1, screw the IROCs, screw the first gen, screw the 5th gen. Yours takes the cake for me. And I hate white wheels, so that says something about your car for certain!

Thanks for the input guys!
