Default my custom door inserts

i covered mine in vinyl faux leather. i had that weird looking gray cloth before. i used a different thicker foam inside them, so they look a little different. the reason i did it that way is i dont like the factory door panel period. i think they look cheap and too thin. what do you think?

It would look much better if it were flush with the rest of the door panel.

+1. It just doesn't look right. I'd try to get it to be flush. Regardless of that....all that matters is that you like it.

Looks like you gave your door a fat lip... all swollen & beaten up.

I dunno. Kinda looks like they belong more on a sofa than door panels. Thinking that, if they were slimmed down a bit, would look a lot cleaner. Not that they look terrible, just a little too...plump.

holy ****, I didn't know our cars had an option for side airbags! ... just kidding man, they look a lot better than stock, but it's an eye sore for being so puffy.

Did your door panels get stung by a bee or something?

lol, I see where you were going with this idea, I just think you added too much padding in there.

lol. they are a bit bigger but i love it. its mainly the appearance i like. ive just never liked the cheap thin looking stock panels. i got the inspiration for this from a lambo door panel i saw somewhere, but i cant seem to find it now.
ill get rid of those cloth seats one day. :\
