Default z06 wheel and tire size questions

My car has the eibach pro kit, and I plan on getting either the 18*9.5" z06 wheels, or 17" SS wheels. My question is, will I need a spacer with the 9.5 width z06 wheels? Also, I have heard of people putting 17*11's with a 50mm offset on their car with 315's. Wont that rub in the rear? If not, why wouldnt a 315/30/18 fit on the rear if the overall diameter of the tires are the same? Also, would you go 275/35/18's or 285/35/18's?

I have the 18x9.5 ZO6's on my T/A. The wheels fit fine I believe they are the 54mm offset. I have 265/35's on there and they look too skinny. I would go with a slightly higher sidewall like a 275/40 or I am not sure how the 285/35 look but that sounds about right. You might have some problems with the 285/35 with a 54 mm offset, like mine are. The wheels look great by the way. And with the car lowered they will look twice as good. Due to the fact that when you go with a larger diameter wheel and a lower profile tire it accentuates any kind of fender gap that you may have. Which with my car being stock ride height looks pretty big. I am looking at the BMR springs because I am going to put on some LT's soon, and I couldn't stand to scrape over everything in the road. If you have any insight on that I would appreciate it.

Id go with the 275/35/18's. I have 18x9.5 Z06 rims with 275/40/18 tires. When its time for me to get new tires I will go with 275/35/18 because they look better.
