I know your using that Comp Cams sticker to hid the rub marks - but I'd look into something else. It stands out like a soar thumb.
Maybe use some black velco, use the fussy soft side. It's black and will blend into the lid.

I like your car the stripes look good,tt2s for sure I think the polished would look better,pretty sure chrome is a no on those,if your worried about always polishing get zoop seal,heard works good .once you polish them put that on and it seals in the finish,and no more polishing for a year I think don't know how long it last for . Nice ride God bless
