I need some quick wiring help
I need some quick wiring help trying to get my headlights done today 
This is what I want:
I want the blue halos to come on with the parking lights, but I also want to be able to turn them off
I want my red halos to just come on with a switch.
I ordered two foglight switches to hook these up to so it looks nice, but I'd like to get the wiring all done to some crappy switches I have while I wait for the nice switches to get in.
I was thinking about getting power from the cig lighter, but I'm afraid if I forget to turn them off then they will stay on.
So for the red halos, can I just splice the ground to something, like the parking lights, then run the power inside to my switch, and have the switch get power from something?
