Default Paintless Dent Removal Question

I was one of the fortunate ones who received hail damage to my 96 T/A about four weeks ago. I have very minor dings on the hood and driver's quarter panel. (Luckily I was able to get my GTP inside right before it hit). I took my car to get a paintless dent removal estimate and the guy said he would have to drill a single hole in the door jamb to do the job right. He would then put a black plug in the hole. What would you guys do? Insurance will pay for it either way. Thanks

Some of these guys can work wonders, check out some of his work first and then if you're happy with it I'd go with that first. As for the hole I would get a little primer and use a touch-up brush to cover the bare metal, once that dries touch-it up with what ever color your car is, let it dry then install the plug yourself. Good luck.

I had a hole drilled in the door jam to repair a large dent. The repair was great and the hole is no big deal. If you recall the old Zeibart days, the hole and plug are the same. The repair cannot be found no matter what angle you look or what light you shine on the damaged area. You will be happy.
