How do you move a new decal over a bit?

How do you move a new decal over a bit? I just applied this decal a few minutes ago, and noticed it was about an inch too far to the left. Any idea how to move it over? I included a few pics. Does it look bad to you? I'm OCD, so it looks terrible to me. But as an outside person, does it look very bad?

dont think you can re-apply it but what does look pretty bad is your bubbling tint over the dot matrix. Have a tint shop put black vinyl there for 20 bucks. Youll thank me!
