94 LT1 Eng bay pic
94 LT1 Eng bay pic Almost a 17yr old car...it was my daily 3yrs ago. I'm getting it painted and I thought the bay was starting to look a bit rough for me. So I spent about 8hrs cleaning and painting the bay only, the eng looks the same. Since most, like me, post LSx pics, I didn't want to for get my LT1 since fewer are left out there...
Thanks guys...the hardest thing was getting the color. I still had the original color Dupli color spray can and with the top I went hunting. I found the very closest match. Its off just a tad, but with the hood on I assume no one will notice...its not a show car.
I thought about the wire mod but I get a little worried moving wires on a car this old. I could end up with a wire ghost and been there done that! With that I do have to say what my old man said, if it ain't broke...done that too!
Hmm I'm not aware of the Alt relocate mod...whats that about???? Thats worth doing, just two wires there.
