Clear corners with a question

Clear corners with a question I am going to order some clears this week, and just wanted to see where you guys got yours at?
But while I'm at it I'd like to solve a small yet annoying issue with the car. If my headlights are not on, the passenger side corner wont come on; however, if the headlights are on or I flip the switch to just run the corners, it will come on as well. What could be causing this?
