What tool to use for polishing?

What tool to use for polishing? I am trying to polish and smooth the inside of my Holley intake which is pretty rough. I was using my dremel and some wire brush bits but they aren't working. It's just eating up the bits and not smoothing it at all. What should I use? Thanks!!

Re: What tool to use for polishing? I need something I can go pick up in a store cause I have the car apart and need to finish it by this weekend. And it needs to be fairly small so it can fit inside the intake.

i was working on polishing the alt/ps bracket on the truck today and it worked ok... but gummed up quick...
