Nice stealthy place, shift kit button! Well I am fixing to buy a s2000 button, and while I was thinking of that I wanted to put my shift kit somewhere stealthy, well I popped off my plastic piece on my radio, well I took my fog light button out and my slip button out, and i noticed that there is another two holes under the camaro badge, well I popped off the badge, and put my fog lights all the way in the right hole, then I put my slip in the one next to it. Then i was like damn I got two empty holes, and my shift kit doesn't fit. TIME TO CUT!!! lol. So i hacked away and made it fit nicely. Well then I was like damnit, I got a empty hole, lol. I still wanted my badge on to, so I just popped the badge in the empty hole, then the other half covers the shift kit button. HOW COOL!!!

Re: Nice stealthy place, shift kit button! If you're really looking for a stealth mounting point, I'll ask this... do you smoke? The ashtray is easily removable, and flat abs plastic is really cheap to come by. One of these days I'll get a digital camera and show you what I mean. I wouldn't keep the shift kit button on the console, though. I mean, where would you put your Afterthoughts dash plate? you DO plan on getting one, right? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I am going to take the shift kit off soon, when I get my gears and converter.
So thats when i order my nice plate.
