Need details on how to mount tach!!!!
Need details on how to mount tach!!!! I'm planning on mounting it on the dash above the center AC vent. I'm not sure if I should use self tapping screws or try to get a bolt and a nut in there some how. Let me know the best way to do it. It looks like the AC duct will not come out so I'm not sure if I can get a bolt and nut to work since its a tight fit. Thanks alot.

Although i did not mount my tach in the same place as you want to do yours (I mounted it all the way to the left), this is what i did: Autometer 5" silver Tach, the base comes with 2 bolt openings, i screwed in 2 bolts with a drill into my dash(not that bad looking), and then when i was ready to mount it i put superglue on the base and just held it down for a couple mins, then i finally screwed it down. Fits perfect, looks good IMO. Sorry i got no pics... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
