Replacement HID Ballast I bought a set of HIDs of amazon and one ballast was DOA. Seller boned me, so I need 1 ballast. Can I use any ballast? Anyone know where to get one on the cheap?

I don't know about getting a replacement, but did you try to reverse the connections? I thought I had a bad ballast when I installed mine, but I just needed to reverse the + and -.
