VFN 4" Hood installed *new pics*
I need to say thanks to Jean from VFN for the help in getting this hood to me before Christmas. I believe I got the first PAID order in for the hood (paid regular price because GP price hadn't been announced at the time - but Jean later gave me an adjusted price anyway!)
Took some time - and patience - to fit, but was not as bad as it could have been. 4 hours by myself. probably could have been faster with help, but didn't want to bother friends on Christmas eve. Besides, They would have had me committed due to all the evil cackeling, he he.
Going to run it on the car for about a month to ensure curing and de-gassing, then match paint. Will cut out the openings for the grills tomorrow.

I'd like to see a pic from the driver seat -- also if anyone installs the hood on a white car -- or can photoshop one .. I'd like to see that. Thanks !!

<strong>Way too dramatic for that car IMO. But, to each their own.</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Have to agree <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
Some 17 x 11 rollers with the 315's out back might help improve the look though ! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
That hood belongs on a pure race car or one that requires the underhood clearance. The transition between the ramp and flat cowl is to short IMO, leaving a soft edge. The stock or ASCD hood has the perfect size cowl in the aesthetic sense.
