Default Where to put fire extinguisher

I got an APC fire extinguisher for christmas and was wondering where everyone mounts theirs? I was thinking of putting in on the crossbar of my roll cage. Should I screw the bracket to my cage or use some kind of clamp?

I'd put it on the trans tunnel between the rear seats.

I wouldn't screw it to the cage, for structural reasons. Get some nice stainless steel hose clamps and strap it on, the support of your choice. Also so that it won't move or mar the cage, place a thin sheet of rubber under the mounting bracket.

I put mine on the diagonal crossbar of my rollcage between the seats. It's held on by 3 high quality hose clamps and it doesn't move at all
