Europe makes pretty much all of their cars have rear foglights since the weather, but some cars dont look too bad with them. A camaro is not an example of one that does lol but i'm thinking of getting a set of these...

Actually they would be considered "Export" lights like you originally stated, as several countries require them regardless of continent location.
