Roy i found mine at a local rim/tire shop.I am sure you could order them if you can't find them locally.

I put a Moser 12 bolt with NHRA legal 3" X 1/2" studs and Y2K Vette 5 spokes on my T/A and I used open ended lugs. I got them from a local tire store. I know he has them if you want to have them shipped call Lane@972 986-8366. Lane is a great guy and I'm sure he'll help you out.

Default longer studs+ regular wheels

im getting some longer studs on my rearend, so what do i do about my TT2s? i couldnt find any open ended lugs that would work. anyone else have a setup like this- aftermarket wheels and extended studs?

Open lugs look like crap on nice wheels, especially if they start to rust. Here is another alternative:
