Need a trunk panel
Need a trunk panel Is there somewhere I can get a panel to cover up the area in the trunk where a stealth sub-box/ disc changer would go (driver side cubby). I hate having a big empty space there and I think it'd help quiet the interior a little if I could install a panel w/ some insulation.. Needs to be ebony btw
Not that I have seen. I posted a little while ago that I would start making them but there wasn't enough interest... even found a place where the material was a pretty close match to the trunk material. Here are a couple pics of the first I did. In these pictures the material I used is close but not compared to where I found the new material at...
No, it's just a flat piece. If you need some more insulation to help with sound, I would just get a bunch of foam padding (rolled/stuffed) to put behind it. I don't know how much that would help with noise though from that space but when you do, let us know...

Its in perfect shape, white things in pic are just pieces of the packing peanuts i had blowing around.
