Bulb size in door handle
I have a really quick question I need to figure out, what is the size of the bulb that is in the door handle that illuminates the window and lock switches? I'm pretty sure it's a 74 but I don't want to pull the trigger on some LEDs from china before I know for sure what I need lol. Thanksss

Yea it's such a weak *** light. Really strange design...drill a tiny hole and put a tiny light behind it to shine on the switches. Why not just make them self illuminated like in most cars? But anyway I think using red LEDs would be pretty bad *** so that's what I'm going to get.

I removed the factory reflector pieces and mounted the bulb sockets sideways using super glue with sideways-facing SMD bulbs to shine right out of the hole. I used these bulbs:

One of the horizontal SMDs on each bulb faces the hole, while the other two aren't used.
blurry pics:
I mounted the sockets sideways b/c theres a limited amount of space, especially on the passenger side.
