Powered-coated C5 rims!!

Powered-coated C5 rims!! sorry guys..i'm the rock with the triple posts in this section..Now i know how it's done! But hey i saw a 02 Black SS with the C5 rims in 18x9.5's that he powder coated in a charcoal/granite color..It looked awesome!!! and a T/A trailed him with either some cobra R's or #280 Milans,(same colored rims)..& Boy did they both look wicked.Don't wanna be a copy-cat but i gotta have them & very soon too!..What do you guys think?

And we all want to be unique and different w/ our cars, but that guy should be happy and feel somewhat special that someone felt like it was a cool enough thing on his car, for someone else to copy it (now if 100 ppl copy it, then you've got a problem lol)
And i think it depends on the color. Personally, color'd wheels are kinda "rice" to me (unless you've got a Grand Sport, or CE TA) But, there are few exceptions. I'd much rather go w/ chrome. But, if you do them the right color, it'd probably be pretty sweet
And we all want to be unique and different w/ our cars, but that guy should be happy and feel somewhat special that someone felt like it was a cool enough thing on his car, for someone else to copy it (now if 100 ppl copy it, then you've got a problem lol)
