HID clarity
Basically you will need to either modify your stock housing or get some new housings. It seems the consensus here is that that it is best to buy new ones. The best ones are from lmctruck -->

You will need 2 of these if you are just doing the lows. (They are the 'outer' housings, part # 36-0302) (If you are going to do the highs also for whatever reason you will also need 2 x part # 36-0303 or 'inner' housings)
Now that the housings are taken care of you need an actual HID kit. ddmtuning is where many people buy HIDs because they seem to be made well, are not too much $, and have a lifetime warranty. If you are just doing lows then you will need one kit -->

Select 35 or 55 watt (55 is hotter, 35 is recommended)
Lows are bulb type 9006 (Highs 9005 and fogs 880)
Pick your color
Probably a good idea to add HID harness to ensure they get adequate power on startup.
There you have it, HIDs and housings for your lows for about 100 bones.
