I have lights similar to these:

The CCFL halos on the passenger side are not working. The low beam halo will click on for a second and immediately turn off, the high beam halo is completely unresponsive. I know the wiring is good to them because the side LEDS work fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that can be repaired, or do I have to replace the whole headlamp?

Yes neither one of my passenger CCFL's will fire. Going to throw it in the oven and pop it open to see if the ballast is shot. BTW the LED's are connected separately (well atleast on my set they are) there are 4 wires coming out of the light, 2 for the CCFL and 2 for the LED's

I only have a two wire hookup on my set. The ballast is outside of the headlight, but there is no marking on them. I bought them used so no warranty.

Update: Ended up fixing mine today. The "CCFL Inverter" was fried. Luckily I found a replacement set by "Oracle" on ebay $20 each. The only thing I need to do was swap the connectors from the old invert to the new one, the old inverter had 2-pin connector and new inverter had 3-pin connectors (but only used 2 slots)
Here are some pictures:
