Cracked Dash? Need Advice

Default Cracked Dash? Need Advice
OK... So the previous owner tried pulling off one of those sticky GPS pads, and took some of the dash with it So now I have this extremely ugly looking crack!!!

Right now I have gauges on the A-pillar...

I'm thinking about removing A-Pillar gauges pod, and getting this... http://6litereaterdesigns.com/store/...roducts_id=224

What do you think? Think it will cover the crack? and whatever that nasty looking goo is thats been there since I bought it...

Also, how hard will it be to run wires through the dash down to the OBDII port where these gauges plug into?

Check pic for the crack and goo like smudge!
