You plastic rivet it to the stock pillar. I don't think anyone makes a full replacement pillar
It covers the entire pillar though. And I think autometer and glowshift are the only 2 choices you have and the glowshiftdoesnt cover all the way down .

X2 autometer is the best choice. I have actually looked in to getting a full length pillar made for us from a couple different company's but nobody can do it without a huge minimum order number being met first.

Any pics to show where the piller is "rivited" onto the stock one? I had the dual pod one before and I hated how it looked. I want something seamless.

You can see the rivets on the upper part and lower part of the pillar. I'm not too satisfied with the fitment on the panel at all, but unfortunately it is the best fitting one out there. You can see the stock pillar sticking out behind it where it meets the frame of the windsheild

Just throwing this out there, in case you want options other than the a-pillar, we make gauge plates for the console, a/c vents, etc...

for the Pod ontop of the dash, could you do three or four gauges? Or is it STRICTLY 2 gauge pod?

I would want one with THREE gauges but not yet.

i have the autometer.. make sure you use a heat gun to help fit it as close to the shape of the pillar.
for some reason mine was a little off out of the box.

Is AutoMeter 12213 still the best option?
