The Recaros that were in my Cobalt SS were amazing. They would be a pretty involved swap into an f-car though . The front of the seats mount with hooks and the rear bolts. The entire seat frame is one piece, the tracks dont unbolt from the seat. Lots of welding 
At one point I had the blue Ion Redline seats too . Same seat, jus the blue material instead of grey .

they dont look nearly as quality as the 6LE seats , but they are cheap and carbon fiber , which makes me like them lol ..
