I want these tailights!!! Help!!!
i figured there was a way to do it myself but my tails have those heat dimples or whatever the hell it is. figured id get a set of these instad, i love the way those look on the pick i posted very smooth, i have thought about the lt's but i just want something diff. im gonna keep doin some diggin. thanks everyone tho. anybody know whos car that is on the pic anyways? someone o tech maybe im sure?

Oh, and since when, as you put it, would they NOT be considered tinted since as you put it, "they are sprayed red with some hobby store TINT paint." Which is wrong, but never the less. LIKE I SAID, its CANDY RED TAMIYA paint. Pactra also makes it. Its used for R/C cars when the inside of the lexan body is painted. It IS NOT a "tint paint." It is infact CANDY RED. Its simply translucent like ALL candy colors and is intended to be backed with another color such as gold, silver, white, black, etc. He used that cause it adheres to plastic well. I've used it many times.
Why must people chime in on something when they don't know exactly what there talking about, when somebody who has done it and knows what there talking about ALREADY said it?

I know we spoke before in another post, but if any of your buddies want to trade, or if you have extra set's my offer still stands to trade a set of LT1's and LS1 tailights for a set of the "Export Tails" that you guys hate.
Don't those sell for like $200+ a set in the US?
OP, they're just the export lights painted red. You won't find them that way unless you buy them from someone who has already painted them.

Have tried omarrakeen as a export source before. PMs, posts in threads...still "working for shipping to US".
Personally I love the candy corn....would be a great add-on to my project. Tough to find a credible source to get shipped.

Prepare to have your inbox flooded. Your best bet to get max dollar would be to mention that your set will be on EBAY in a couple days, and watch the bids roll in. Frankly, i really like the look of them, but have to laugh at folks paying $200+ for them, but due to rarity, i guess it's all up to the buyer.
