Default A few engine pictures
I picked up my motor this evening from HKE. I slapped on all the stuff I powder coated to see what it's gonna look like once in the car . I can't wait to get my ride back out on the road.

Next on the list is to either buy some head plates or make some of my own and I forgot to powder coat the catch can bracket . I did the oil pan this past weekend.

Looks great man, I'm sure it'll look great in the car. Did you do anything with the engine bay while the motor was out or was it already pretty well finished?

The engine bay was previously repainted. Before the motor goes in I'm going to fill in all the misc. holes and repaint.

about dam time you got that motor back. shove it in the car and start driving it to work, the c6 gets lonely sitting in the lot alone

i think the intake manifold is lacking, the gray/silver just doesn't do it for me. needs something a little more poppy.

Detoxx-It won't be ready for 2k11 I have a few other things to do to the car so I'm not gonna rush anything.

ghostofkrypton-I had the alternator rebuilt to 145 or 150 amp I can't remember at the moment but I powdercoated while they had it apart.

reject-It's just a heavy 408.
