93-97 "RS" body kit?

93-97 "RS" body kit? How hard is it to remove the "RS" side skirts on an LT1 car? Im looking at buying a 95 z28 and it has them on it and I HATE them and want to be able to remove them if I get the car. It sounds stupid but im im looking at two almost identical cars and this one has 79k and the other has 110k and they are the same money but If I cant take that gay kit off im gonna buy the one with more mileage.

You gotta drill the pop rivets out and you'll have holes in your bumpers/sides so unless you feel like doing some body work to fill them or just let the holes remain, keep looking.
