Decided to finally to stop making excuses and just do it. I was a little worried i would jack it up.

If you didn't clear em, do it. I didn't clear mine and last time I tried to clean em they just came out really dull. Yours turned out great though!

Yeah. i took the calipers off but left the brackets on. never took the calipers off the brake line though.
