Hey Viking, I notice some changes from the original finished pieces. That center console look 100000x better man. How are the door panels holding up in the contoured areas? Have they seen hot temps yet?

Hi Mike! Thanks for the center console compliment ! I have not notice any issues with my doors, there is no such as hot temp in Sweden occasionally temp could reach 90-93F but it's rare and i dont know if this is definition of hot either? For Sweden, probably.
What is the progress on you car?

I got one door panel done, just the hard plastic surround though. Tryin to decide if I just wanna use a vinyl dye for the arm rest of try to source a Ebony set. I hit a wall though cause the guy I originally got the leather from isnt offering it anymore & I'll need more to finish. So now I'm thinking about using the SEM interior dye, but use the full system, not just a single coat of "paint".

And I'm thinking Houndstooth inserts......

I'm sure between panel wrapping and dynamat, the fbody rattles would probably be almost impossible.

Viking, what did you use to get the vinyl to adhere to the pieces?

Viking can you post a link to the material, I have been able to find it.

Also do you have a picture of the back of the material, I started wrapping yesterday and I was having alot of problems getting it to adhere.

I would scuff the panel up and wash it thoroughly then lay down the 3m with a roller on the panel and material, and let it sit for a few minutes then try and put the stuff on, but it never really got tacky or stuck very well.

Also my material has a backing that I think may be causing it not to stick. So im considereing switching material.
