^ It's not nearly as bad as I thought. In fact, I'll say the black dash is the worst part...any little speck of dust shows right up. But that's ALL of our cars, not just the tan ones.
I try not to eat or drink in the car very often, and other than an occasional vacuum and wipe down with Meguire's wipes, I haven't had to do to much to keep it looking clean. Although if I end up stripping out the interior to do sound deadening this spring, I'm going to clean the rug.

My seat is currently in crutches, and the interior is dirty as hell, just got the car......
After seeing this thread though, I think I'm going to stay tan!
On a side note, sorry for the hijack, can someone PM me where I can get new seat FOAM? Mine is in shambles....

Not really a poster, mostly just read, but could really use some help. I have a 2002 pewter trans am with tan interior. Had a big problem where I was out of town for a while and t-top had a cracked seal and water came in and sat in my carpet for almost two weeks. The carpet is ripped out, but the likely hood of it coming back to life (bc of the smell) is not good. GM no longer makes the carpet, and it is currently at a chevy body shop. Can anyone recommend a place to get an interior? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

While I don't have a tan interior, I have the light grey cloth interior that basically looks like tan. Thing is id much rather have the leather tan interior over this nasty light grey interior.

Here's mine. It still pretty much looks the same, except for the addition of a Raptor shift light. Wondering if I can find some suede to match, I can cover the armrest/console thing.
It's generally pretty clean, but I'd still like to take a steam cleaner to it.
I had this piece of diamond plate in the car I had before this. It fit, so I used it.

Just switched out some tan panels for charcoal panels to get a two-tone look. Other mods: Trailblazer A4 shift handle, black painted HVAC and Radio dials, Camaro steering wheel and window switches, Di-Noc CF wrapped bezels and Shifter trim, 6LE & Boyd Vent Rings, 6LE polished gauge bezel, and HUD. I had to put some bright yellow stripes on the T-top handles to keep people from wanting to grab them.
