Default ebay headlight question

I bought these headlights off ebay...

98-02 CAMARO LED PROJECTOR BLACK HEADLIGHTS+6000K HID

Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/98-02-CAMARO-LED-PROJECTOR-BLACK-HEADLIGHTS-6000K-HID_W0QQitemZ140515442110QQcategoryZ33710QQvarZQQc mdZViewItem
It recently rained here and I noticed some condensation on the inside of my lamps. Does anyone who has these same housings have the same issues? And if so what did you do to fix it? I did notice that it has a few places where I could see it leak but nothing around the outside, its firm. Please let me know, thanks in advance

What about where the lens meets the housing? Is there sealant all the way around it?

Hm, mine never did that. I'd check the seal all the way around the lens, I suspect maybe a spot didn't get sealed quite right.

The ones I had did but I never did anything about since I swapped back to stock lights but I've heard some talk about seperating the lens from the backing and reseal them to prevent any more condensation getting in there if that's where it's coming from.

The word "ebay" loosly translates to "leaking, pieces of **** that absorbs water"

The seal is tight, I looked. There are a few random holes with a piece of hollow rubber around them... and idk why. I can throw some rtv around them I guess and fill the holes. But that's the only thing I. Could think of

So even if you can buy them elsewhere, just because they are bought from ebay that automatically makes them crap?
The brand on these is Sonar. This is the first pair I've heard of that have leaked, really.

No no don't do that. Even the stock headlights have those. They are breather holes.

Yeah. They've got a warranty, contact the seller and get them replaced. It's a manufacturing defect from the sound of it.

Sometimes collecting on a warranty through a Ebay seller is a PITA.

However, you can always open a dispute with Ebay or Paypal if you need to.
