Very impressive. I can detail the hell out of a car but can not buff. You ever try clay bar on a soapy car? Works just as well as spraying with the clay bar I think.

Claybar just pulls out the solid **** stuck in your clear coat so it doesn't swirl when you buff.

Yes. I clay every single car before correcting the paint. It is integral to the process. However it doesn't do anything for swirls and scratches.

How'd you get the sideview mirrors and the nostrils of the ram air? I always have trouble with those spots

A lot of slow and careful work with my rotary and small pads.

Thanks! I'm in Antioch. I've had people drive all the way from so-cal to drop their cars off, central valley too, and even in the mountains. I also have numerous clients in the Sac area. Upon picking up their cars, even the those that had to drive the farthest were glad they made the trip. PM me anytime and we can talk things over.

Came out great as always man.

Thanks for the PM reply, you cleared everything up for me perfectly. I almost had all my detailing skills down, but your process and advice made me notice which products & methods I was missing.

Thanks again Jeff, and keep posting up these gorgeous details!

You all swamped me with PMs this week with this thread! Thank you all for the questions, I hope I answered them all clearly.

Glad I was able to help you and others too. Thats why I post these. Maybe I'll start putting more info on the process in them as I have time. Thanks again guys!

And under the spoiler the same thing? Just as far as the space will allow right?

Actually my PC fits under the spoiler better than the rotary. Sometime, for bigger jobs than this one, I will actually remove the spoiler to get it 100%.

Jeff, If you posted more of the process along with the pictures it'd probably save you from half the PM's!
