11's all the way around?
I just got a killer deal from one of my good buds. I got 4 17x11 chrome ZR1's. He had the on his old 97 SS with 275 rubber all the way around. Well, I already know it's possible since he did it, but there won't be any issues right? What are the downsides? Just more rolling friction up front even if I put 275's? I'm sure it will be nice to put 315's in the back, but aren't 285's the biggest you wanna go up front? Just curious guys, cuz like I said, couldn't pass up 4 flawless 11 inchers for $550.

Sounds like a good deal, and yeah the fronts i think are like 285 is the widest you can go.
Personally, i wouldnt put that wide of a tire up front. Your right it will be more rotating mass, and more friction up front, and i'd rather run a say an 8" tire up front an an 11" out back, but thats just me. Im sure w/ an 11" wide front your gonna get some mad grip from 'em, so there is one plus lol.
