Headlight question Ok, not sure if I'm posting in the right forum, but who the hell cares! I was thinkin about halos, actually been back and forth on it for afew years, love the look at night, hate the look during the day. So I was wondering, where do u get those crazy *** bright bluish head lights? Sorry, not very descriptive! I say blue as in not the yellow haze of stockers! I guess I just remember my buddies bested out silverado (slvr-mod-o) who had them. Just want to do some little changes. Sorry for crappy description, but if anybody knows what the hell I'm talkin about or where to look that'd be great!
I take it you mean HID's and you can get them at performance shops, auto places, ebay you name it. They are usually car spacific. I have them on my F150 and its the best thing I've done as I do 90% of my driving at night. Uber bright as well and I only have 6000K - 7000K

HID is what your looking for, and 8000k-10000k is your "bluish" spectrum... 10000k being that "crazy blue" you are refering too... looks great.. above 10000k (12000-30000) starts verging on purple and other colors, hope that helps.. you can pick up a set of HID conversions from Hawks3rdgen or ebay...

I appreciate the help, looks like ill be buying new pushrods and lifters though, had a little issue the other day while beating the snot out of a new STI!!! Again, thanx for the help though, eventually I'll get to it!
