Lucas Slick Mist has a matte finish but can be too harsh on painted surfaces/leather. Mostly, I use Surf City Garage "Dash Away". Works great at removing dirt/grime, leaves a factory-new finish (matte/satin), smells ok too, and could be bought in regular auto parts stores.
