i remember everyone and their mother wants the 91-92 gfx, but after a while the 82-84 grew on me.
With 4th gens I like LT1 cars without, but LS1 cars with.
Yeah third gens do look so much better with them, I was happy when I left my no ground effects V6 86 and got into a 83 Z28. One big plus there was not looking like I had almost two feet of ground clearance anymore.

interesting fact, I've noticed the same thing, in fact all non-camaro owners tell me the car looks way better with the factory kit....but only at this website do we get flamed...

Hmm... a Camaro with a 6LE front bumper and 6LE rear center exit bumper, + RKSport side skirts and RKSport rear "69 camaro style" tall spoiler, + a Sunoco hood. Then do the whistler mod and foreign market tails. That Camaro would be the sex.

On the Pontiac side of things body kits are a NoNo IMO. The factory Trans Am gfx's are fine though. Also IMO a Firehawk hood is > than a Ram Air hood any day, and Formula's, Trans Am's, and WS6's all seem to look better wingless.

I like that it looks bigger from the back. It makes the car look more aggressive. Stock Z spoilers/ especially the SS spoilers make the car look like an egg shaped high *** car even when slammed. Just my humble opinion though (im full of opinions, LOL). Also, ive heard from a retired GM employee that i know, the RS spoiler on 4th gens and the lip spoiler on the 3rd gens creates better down force at high speeds (even if its minimal) than Stock/ SS spoilers. thought that was interesting when i heard it.
