that's probably the hood i'll settle with. your car looks great, it's pretty close to the way i am going to have mine when it's done. where did you get your billet grill? i plan on getting one and adding the 69 z/28 badge on the driver side.

Have you thought about truefiber 4 cowl? I think its nicer, more refined than traditional old school cowl. I personally think the sonoco hood scoop is too narrow for our wide cars. event he wide sonoco is a little too narrow on the top half.

Not my car but here the pics of the 4" trufiber cowl:

I heard fitment isnt that bad. just some monor adjusting like most aftermarket hoods.

IMO that hood does not flow the the camaro body lines what so ever.

I never said it would "flow" with body lines. Hardly any after market hoods do. thats why ive keeped my flat Z28 hood for a more "clean" look. the trrfiber hood looks better than the 1st pic cowl hood. The sides of the cowl go out to the fenders, unlike straight down like the regular cowl old school hood. also look at the center line much more finished than old school cowl. plus the scoop is wider. Besides I think sonoco hoods are played out!! Just sharing different suggestions over what he already posted.

The Harwood Wide Smooth cowl hood is the sexiest cowl hood I've ever seen on a LS1 Camaro. Look into that one too! I just don't like how those narrow cowls look on a wide and low car like a Camaro.
