How does that sticky dash pad work?

I bought it brand new in Feb. 2002. Just doing a little at a time, you know, as money permits. The sticky dash pad works great, keeps the cell phone put in those tight corner turns <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
