I took mine off because it was scratching my paint.

The driver side went on fine but the passenger side i had to drill the aluminum mounting holes bigger so i could move it around.

Why are your headlight motors "burning out" so frequently? You sure it's not something as simple as replacing the plastic gear with the stronger brass ones?

after installing the new motors i just eliminated as many variables as i could. turns out that the "water tight" plug is not moisture resistant. after pulling the pins out the connector i noticed that the car side terminals were all corroded away thus causeing excessive heat build up. case in point. crappy connections led to premature failure. so i just hard wired the new ones to the car with heat shrink connectors. disadvantage if i even need to replace again. knock on wood. plus side tho, every thing works smooth and fast, lights seem brighter too.

planned on it, after bout 2 min of thinking i decided to scratch the whole lighting plan for now since i have already had HIDs on the car for 2+ yrs and concentrate on the ever so popular clutch problem. speaking of has anyone had any luck with the centerforce dual friction?

I just finnish my breatless installation. I also needed to enlarge the mounting holes in the aluminium bracket. But once this was done the installation was fairly easy.
