Need help deciding on what to paint in engine bay
I have the motor out of the car and I'd like to accent the engine bay a bit. I don't want to go overboard with color but I would like to liven it up. I currently have red wire loom, red stb, couple red(anodized)MBA caps, polished tb,tensioner and t-stat. I'd like to paint my water pump, front engine cover, valley cover, oil pan, alternator and sheet metal intake. What all should I paint? How bad would regular red here and anodized red there. I found some nice paint that comes out anodized looking. I plan to paint my water pump pulley anadized red as well as the little washer on the tensioner pully. Thanks for any ideas.

That all sounds pretty nice... I would personally toss in some polished accents on some of the bigger aluminum pieces. If you go with all painting, make sure you use some very high temp. engine paint or powder coat for the metal that sees the most heat...
