Looks good, curious though as to why you didn't shave the body line out completely each side of the opening?

None the less it looks good!! Need a lil more larger looking LED, the strip looks small for the opening...That or just get a plexi rod/tube heat and shape it the same bend, and frost the backside to disperse what light you have a lil bigger...

When can I buy the v2 bumper. I cant find a replacement ws6 bumper for my car and the v2 looks sick!

Seeing that the E-1 bumper is no longer available... I voted for the V2 because it seems like it'd be the most "Front Mount Friendly" for the FI crowd.

I lost this guys number, does anyone have it and if so, can you call him and find out what's going on with this!

All this hype, then nothing... that's B.S! Now if the guy is in the Military, in jail, or just plain dead, then that's one thing... then again there's Ghost Adventures so no excuse there. All we want is an update.... and the bumper...!

 

I emailed KLRWS6 today; I will update with info once I get it... unless he chimes in himself.

 

Well I got a reply to my email from Chris (KLRWS6) and it is not good....


Unfortunetly at this time these bumpers are on hold. I can't find any company or person with the skills to make me a mold for the bumpers. Without the mold I can't make additional parts. If I could find someone with the set skills I would be all over the the new bumpers and some. But until then it's just a pipe dream. Sorry for the bad news. Don't get me wrong I'm still looking but I keep running into brick walls.

I wrote him back telling him that my buddy, who is building a one-off wide body for my T/A, is more that capable of building molds for the bumper. As of today, I have yet to hear back from him.

You can't. Read the post above yours, from 4 years ago, and you'll see that they were never able to get someone to manufacture the bumper.

Its a shame really. I have talked to my dad recently about me wanting him to get back into making them, but I don't think it a realistic idea at this point. I even tell him how many people are still looking for his stuff to this day, but he has got to much on his plate to even think about doing it again. sorry you guys had so much hype just to be let down in the end. Those people who did manage to get his products are very lucky.
