Default Trans am weatherstripping

Hi I have a 98 Trans am and I need weatherstripping on the passenger side window where the window and the T-Top meet. The current weatherstrip molding is leaking water whenever it rains so can anyone tell me where I can get the part cheap? I called the Chevy dealer and they said it will cost me about $200 so can anyone tell me where I can get this any cheaper?

First try some dielectric grease, it will recondition the weather stripping. Rub it on there & let it sit & absorb into the weather stripping then lightly wipe the stripping down. The seals should puff back up unless they have degraded too much over the years.

I fixed mine... They were leaking bad so I got a heat gun and some silicone spray and slowly heated and massaged the spray into the stripping and now no more leaks! Cheap, easy, and very affective if its not in bad shape.

Any parts store sells the grease. Comes in a cheese whiz style can.

Wonder if you can find any good weather stripping from the junk yard? Might be in bad shape though...
