Algae in LT1 tail lights lense

Algae in LT1 tail lights lense So I bought some lt1 tail lights on ebay to put on my 2002 Z. Only problem is they have what looks to be algae or dirt along the top part of the reverse light lense, on the inside. It is not in the part where the light would shine through, but rather between the lense and the black plastic (as seen below)
Anyone know how to get rid of this??

I have the same thing in mine, I dont think there is a good option to remove it.
But you may be able to black that section out with paint from the outside, or VHT the whole thing.
