leave the zaino or start over?

leave the zaino or start over? Ive been slackin car hasnt been washed in 2 weeks. Last week ran out of Zaino, didnt get around to ordering more...have to wash it today. If Zaino was put on 3 weeks ago, leave it for another week or 2 untouched till more comes, or wax with something else for time being?
if something else, what would you trust? i have Meguiars and pinnicle in my cabinet.
