And how do I remove it without damaging it? I will be installing the RKSport cf grille, but it came with nothing to install it with. I am assuming I just use 3M double sided tape? Any info would be appreciated.

With a bunch of little plastic finned pins. At least that's how the one I bought from them mounted.
A pair of pliers and a good yank should pull them out. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

If you want to get it out with out hurting anything, take off the front facia. Pretty easy to do. 8 screws per side (10mm), and then the 5 fasteners up top and three on the bottome that can be pulled off with pliers. Then remove the 2 bulbs from each side and presto, the facia comes off.

All you have to do is grab on end of the grill closest to the parking light and kinda pull it towards the middle of the carand it will pop out. Just do this to the other side and then just pull on both ends that are popped out and it will come out. Just to warn you, usually when it is left in for a period of time you will notice that it can take off the paint to the plastic. Hopefully you will get lucky, I know i didnt.
