Default HELP.. HID Issue

Ok, i went outside today to a dead battery. The battery is the orginal AC Delco that lasted me over 4 years.. Went and got a new battery after installing i noticed that when i lock my car, the HID goes off which is normal but after 1 minutes, they come back on and never shut off. So i removed the harness and through the stock halogen bulbs back in. Problem is gone.. So the HID killed my battery over night.. So much questions is, what could be causing both my HID lights to just come on.. Bad relay?

Sounds like a bad relay since the harness will draw power from the battery.

you are correct. just took it apart and it in bad shape from water. I taped that thing up pretty good. Lasted me 3 years.. I think i might have to buy a whole new harness as the other peice also has some or is there something i can use to clean the socket.
