It is still blue. Just the lighting difference and the paint condition difference make it look really deep blue. Plus I think he may have post-processed the pics a bit and it made the blue appear a little darker.

It's still definitely blue after the detail. It's just more reflective and it's a dark color. The oxidation with the poor lighting in the "before" pics just makes it look like a lighter blue.

No trickery here fellas. Barry is an amazing guy that does amazing stuff.

I've done something similar (nothing as drastic as that but as far as oxidation goes...) so it's not too far fetched at all. Considering the steps and time, it's about right.

What most people don't understand about detailing is it's an art.

I don't think it is a glass sunroof. I think it is a moonroof that opens like your typical sunroof but it isn't made out of glass. I've seen them before.

My question is, why does the moon roof disappear?

Before, you can see the it obviously has one:

Here, I see no moon roof. Unless this is not the top of the car.

Also, he took the "after" pictures in a overcast condition, so obviously it's going to look good. NuFinish can do that.

It didn't disappear, that "after" shot is from the rear of the car. That car has a pretty long roof and it curves so naturally you wont see the whole thing from such a shallow angle.

Son of a bitch I think you are right. You have to look real close but on the right side of the pic in the front you can see a dip where it looks like the sun roof is. I think I will have to edit my post.

Well I am running on three 23'' LED monitors at 1080 and the car is def blue. There are a few pictures where it looks black but it is not. If you look close it is blue.

The only trolls here are some of you guys. I'm on a $450 laptop and it's the same car, with the same (painted) moon-roof, same pinstripes, and same BLUE paint.
