Question about the halo headlights?

Question about the halo headlights? I'm wondering when i go to splice the red and white wires from the halo headlight to the purple and black wires on the foglamp harness which wires from the halos go to which wires on the foglamps?
Is it Red to Black and Purple to white?
Is it Red to Black and Purple to white?

It goes, from what I remember
Red-white
Black-purple.
I'd go look for you but I have all those wires covered with wire housings and it would be too hard. If you have a volt meter use that, the white should be your constant and the purple should register nothing.
